HGHFI in its attempt to prepare the youth of Liberia for a better future and to provide value based, holistic training and rehabilitation to street children, orphans, poor youth and former fighters has established a vocational and technical school. Among the post-war population of Liberia of Liberia there exist several vulnerable groups that require special and practical interventions to address the special needs such as : abused women, single-mothers, women and men above school age.

Based on the assessed training need of our people, the following courses are being considered under our training program:

1. BUSINESS DEPARTMENT: Teaches Accounting

2. SECRETARIAL SCIENCE: Teaches Computer Science and Micro Finance

3. HEALTH DEPARTMENT : Teaches Standard First  Aid, Traditional Birth Attendant and Laboratory Science.

4. TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT : Teaches Building Trade, Drafting, Mechanist, Carpentry and Masonry

5. HOME ARTS DEPARTMENT : Teaches Home Economics, Soap Making, Tailoring, Tie & Dye and Cosmetology and Beautification, etc.

6. AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT : Agricultural Science.
