The Breath Of Life

The Holy Spirit is not a nameless force or abstract part of a church's dead theology. He is GOD, the third person of the Trinity actively working in man's affairs since creation. He brings the life of God into our lives to change us from glory to glory. The coming days ahead will require the church to be in tune with the Holy Ghost more than ever before. We need the breath of life to change us and conform us into Christ. That is the ultimate ministry of the Holy Spirit - to convict of sin, convince of righteousness and to judge Satan as defeated in our lives. Sin will not have dominion over us as  believers because of the breath of God's life in us through the person and work of the Holy Spirit.

TEXT: Gen 1:1-2 - 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
 

Genesis 2:7
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

 

        We have just recently finished celebrating Pentecost as we write this journal in early June 2004. We plan to write a great deal this summer about the work of the Holy Spirit on behalf of the believer. We are sure about two things the Holy Spirit is doing at this very minute. One, He is birthing a movement of intercession unknown at any time in the church's history that will usher in the great and final harvest before judgment and two, He is doing a powerful, deep work in many of God's people that is changing us to be fit vessels of honor to be used in the same end-time work of seeing close to a billion of souls come into the Kingdom of God.

 

        The Holy Spirit is seen at the very beginning of God's blueprint of civilization. In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the earth. There is no date given to when this date occurred. Some Bible teachers believe it was in the dateless past. Some use the term "pre-Adamite" world which describes a time when angelic beings ruled the earth, one of those beings being Lucifer, who we know today as Satan. Jeremiah give certain indications of the validity to this argument.

 

Gen 1:1-2
1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

Genesis 1:2
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Jeremiah 4:23
23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
 

         We can see in verse 2 that something happened of cataclysmic proportions. The "was" in both the NIV and KJV are actually rendered "BECAME" in original Hebrew text. In other words, God created a perfect earth and a perfect heaven and the earth BECAME formless and empty and darkness covered the surface of the deep. Jeremiah uses the exact terminology in his account of the events that took place between Gen. 1:1 and Gen. 1:2.

 

Jer 4:23-29 - I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. 24 I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. 25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. 26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger. 27 For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end. 28 For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black: because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent, neither will I turn back from it. 29 The whole city shall flee for the noise of the horsemen and bowmen; they shall go into thickets, and climb up upon the rocks: every city shall be forsaken, and not a man dwell therein.

        This speaks of the first ever rebellion against God where Satan tried to usurp authority over the heavenlies by leading rebellion of 1/3 of the angelic host against the Creator. The miracle in this is that 1/3 of the angels created by God Himself put their faith in this rebellion so much that they were willing to risk eternal damnation over this coup. Jude tells us they are reserved even now in chains of darkness waiting final judgment.

 

Jude 1:6 - 6] And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

 

Isaiah 14:11-16
Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. [12] How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! [13] For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: [14] I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. [15] Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. [16] They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

        Isaiah asks the question, "is this the man who made the earth to 'tremble' and 'shake kingdoms?'" It's the same words used in Jeremiah where he said he saw the earth "mourn," and the mountains "tremble." Not to be labor the point but we want you to see that a great judgment came upon the original planet Earth due to sin.

 

        Neighbor, hear what I say to you today. We don't know how long ago this judgment happened but whether it was 6,000 years or 10 million years ago God is the same today as He was then. Sin is not a laughing matter with God. Rebellion is not a laughing matter with God. Unbelief and lack of respect for Godly authority are not things that God winks at or takes lightly. His anger gets mighty hot with us when we, as the angels of old did, throw our lot in with Lucifer, now Satan, and allow rebellion to creep up in our hearts. Paul asked in Hebrews that "if God spared not the angels," over even one trespass, how will He spare us? It's not a question about sinless perfection. It's a warning to us that we need to inspect our hearts DAILY to make sure the seed of rebellion is not there. We need to come before the LORD daily and ask Him to cleanse us from all seed and root of rebellion and unrighteousness.

 

Hebrews 2:1-3
Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. [2] For if the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward; [3] How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

        Paul said we need to take MORE earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest at ANY time we should them slip. That's a warning to THIS generation. It's not a warning to some past generation or to those in Judaism or any other legalistic system of belief. He was talking to BELIEVERS. How shall we escape, if we neglect such a great salvation. And friend, it's a GREAT salvation. It's a GLORIOUS salvation. It's a PRICELESS salvation. It's a devil-stomping, sin-killing, heaven-loving, hell-fearing, Jesus-praising, Holy-Ghost power packed revelatory well of blessing work of the Holy Spirit in our lives today. My oh my, don't you feel that? Jesus Christ paid such an awful price for our redemption so that we not need to worry about the recompense of reward given to the unbelieving and disobedient. We can be free today from sin in our lives. We don't have to live under sin's dominion any longer. We don't have to live under fear and condemnation any longer. We have been sanctified, justified, redeemed, and one day and one day soon we will be GLORIFIED with HIM! Oh, Hallalejuah!



1 Cor 6:11
11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

 

Rom 8:30
30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
 

Jude 1:1
Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:

        There's enough gospel in these three verses to change the world friend. We've been WASHED by the blood! SANCTIFIED by the power of the HOLY GHOST; JUSTIFIED in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ AND by the Spirit of our God, the subject of this journal. Paul goes on to say in Romans that we have been CALLED, and those who have been called have been GLORIFIED with HIM. The process of glorification is ongoing; it never ceases. We are being CHANGED from GLORY TO GLORY. Legalism and religion demands instant perfection. Grace says, "keep changing." Legalism and religion says, "YOU CHANGE." Grace says, "I'll do the changing!"

 

2 Cor. 3:14-18
But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. [15] But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. [16] Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. [17] Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. [18] But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

        Friend, grace is the POWER, the breath of life, of the Holy Ghost given to us that will change us into Him image! We're not doing the same things we were three years ago. We're not going to the same places we were three years ago. We're not loving the same things we used to love last week or last month. We're being changed. Legalism demands change, GRACE PRODUCES CHANGE!!! Religion will tell you you need to change but offer no power to effect that change. God says, "CHANGE" but He gives us the source of POWER to do the changing!

 

        It's the same Spirit of God that hovered over the waters after judgment because of sin. It's the same Spirit of God that hovered over our Lord Jesus at Calvary who was judged by God Himself for our sins so man would be forever free if he just believed on the Son and kept his faith in what the Son did at Calvary. Religion points you to yourself and rules. Grace points to a finished work that has already accomplished what you and I will never accomplish in ourselves. The modern gospel message is laced with so much new age humanism it isn't funny. Friend, when man is in the driver's seat when it pertains to his own redemption, man will drive himself into hell. You hear me? There is nothing worth saving in man. Man is wicked, sinful and in need of a savior. Man needs redemption, not recycling. Man needs redemption, not more self-esteem. Man needs to be changed in his HEART, not his environment, education status or his financial status. The Spirit of God is in the HEART business, not the religion business. That's why organized religion fights the Holy Spirit tooth and toenail today in most of our modern churches. That's why you have a better chance getting saved in a bar now a days as you would some churches.

 

        Without the Holy Spirit breathing on us the LIFE of God, we are DEAD. Dead churches see no salvations, no sick bodies healed, no deliverances, no enduement of power from on high in their members. Dead churches preach a lot of sermons that have a lot of eloquent words but it's not the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God does not and has NEVER came with observation or vain philosophy. It is POWER and the power of God is rooted in the CROSS of Christ, where all of hell trembled when Jesus said "IT IS FINISHED."



1 Cor. 1:16-18
And I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other. [17] For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.  [18] For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

1 Cor 4:20-21
20 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power. 21 What do you prefer? Shall I come to you with a whip, or in love and with a gentle spirit?

 

Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
 

        To them that are saved, the preaching of the CROSS is the POWER OF GOD! The power of God comes through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. The power of God comes to us in the same manifested way the Spirit first appeared in creation when He "hovered" over the deep of the darkness.

 

The Earth Was Void

 

        The Bible introduces us to the Holy Spirit at the very beginning of the Bible, in the very first chapter of Genesis.

 

Genesis 1:1-2
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. [2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

          As we alluded to earlier, these two verses encompass an unknown length of time in human history. The second verse says the earth was without form and void and with darkness upon the face of the deep. The third verse of the sentence tells us that the Spirit of God  MOVED upon the face of the waters.

 

        Somewhere in the dim aeons of the past God created the heavens and the earth. A part of God's original creation included angels - including the great and mighty archangel Lucifer. However, this 'super-angel' was lifted up in his own pride, which caused his fall. And WHEN he fell, he drew about 1/3rd of the angels with him - which brought on great chaos in heaven and upon earth. Long before Adam and Eve, Satan ruled this present earth. He was beautiful and righteous and carefully followed the Lord. Ezekiel said he "sealed up the sum," meaning nothing more could have been added to his perfection.

 

Ezekiel 28:12
Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.


        Everything associated with greatness was his. As a result of Satan's rebellion and fall the earth BECAME void and formless. The entire story is left untold yet we see this story etched out in the creation today. Sin brings chaos. Sin brings destruction. Sin causes humanity to be formless and without purpose. Creation is fallen and the results have been deadly for possibly billions of years. Darkness was upon the face of the deep. God is not associated with darkness, Satan IS. He delights in darkness, sin, death, and anything that steals, kills and destroys. Sin and darkness always dwell together. One causes the other and vice versa. They co-exist and friend even in the modern 21rst Century the results are the same - DEATH.

 

        Man will die and go to hell with sin in his life. Unrepentant sin will damn a person's soul to eternal darkness separated from God. That message has not changed. Satan may masquerade himself as an "angel of light" but the end result friend is always darkness. Man blindly gropes for his identity today and can't seem to grasp why he is in the mess he's in. All the world's good intentions will not bring him out either. It took the SPIRIT OF THE LORD to bring light and creation out of the original darkness and it will take the same SPIRIT OF GOD, or the breath of life to bring man out of his darkness today as well. There are no exceptions to this rule.

 

Creative Power

 

        God had a two-fold plan. He decided not only to create man, but to make this world a habitable place for him. He would do this THROUGH Jesus Christ BY the Holy Ghost. The world was totally DEAD without life in its formless state. Nothing but total destruction was upon the earth. But THEN the Holy Ghost MOVED upon the face of the waters.

 

        Oh neighbor, I feel this already. Some of you reading this journal are at a point of total destruction and loss. Things look absolutely hopeless. Darkness "covers" your life as darkness covered the earth. All of us at one time or another has been in this state. I was in this state before I met Jesus. You were in this state before we met JESUS. THEN THE HOLY GHOST MOVED and changed our darkness. Glory to God, Glory to God. The Holy Ghost MOVED upon the "face" of the situation and it was 'changed.' The Holy Spirit is in the changing business. He's not in the religion business. He's not in the 'church politic' business. He's not in the 'church building' business in the sense man thinks he is today. He's in the PEOPLE CHANGING BUSINESS. The blood of Christ was shed so we could be CHANGED FROM GLORY TO GLORY by the Spirit of Almighty God. No power of darkness can stand in His way. No power of hell can withstand HIS POWER. No disease, no sickness, no sin, no calamity can stand in the path of God WHEN THE HOLY GHOST MOVES.

 

2 Cor. 3:17-18
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. [18] But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
 

        The Holy Ghost knows no bounds when exercising the Spirit of God. He is the POWER source of the Godhead. His power is needed in THIS GENERATION so terribly bad right now it is not funny. The powers of darkness that grip our young people today have pulled out all the stops to destroy minds, steal lives, kill innocent families and children, but friend I declare to you today that the HOLY GHOST can overcome any power of hell Satan has today and he can set the captive free, break the chains and the shackles of sin and destroy the yokes of bondage that keep us from God.

 

        The breath of life is what we need today in the modern church. The same Holy Spirit that moved upon the chaotic waters and world to put into effect the creative Word of God through Jesus Christ is the same Spirit that so wants to move upon our churches today. We so desperately need HIM yet we seem to be so hell-bent on pushing Him OUT and resisting what He wants to do.

 

Job 26:13
By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

Job 33:4
The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

        The Holy Ghost at work can do more in five minutes than all of church history has done for humanity in 6,000 years.  The reason we seem to be more busy than ever today in the church yet accomplishing so very little is the fact the Holy Ghost is no longer at work, man is. The Holy Spirit does not need man's methods or his ways to accomplish the work of God. The work of God in the mind of heaven is inward, not outward. Yes, there will be outward results for sure, but the place where the Holy Spirit works is on the INSIDE where the real source of man's chaos rests - the heart. The church world today works on the outside sending man to every seminar and self-help guru under the sun thinking that if we can get man's outside fixed we can change the world. That's how deceived the enemy has gotten us. That's how low we have sunk and far we have walked away from the true source of our power. That's how far we have left the cross of Christ and it's glorious rapture of beauty and power that sets men free today because of what our Lord accomplished there.

 

        Let me tell you this friend. The Breath of Life will NOT lead you to a psychologist! The Breath of Life will not inspire your church leadership to sink its resources into church buildings and entertainment. The Breath of Life will NOT inspire your pastor or the church leadership to demand submission and control over every aspect of your life to the point you have to ask them to go to the bathroom in order to meet the demands of membership. God only has one demand of membership in His kingdom - REPENTANCE and FAITH. You say that's two - no it's one - TRUE FAITH ALWAYS PRODUCES REPENTANCE and it's one work of the BLOOD. Hallelujah to the Lamb of God. My Lord, I want to shout. Man needs the Breath of Life to breath on Him and cause His sick sin-infested heart to live again. Only the power of the Holy Ghost can do that neighbor.

 

        If a man is to be changed, it must be by divine persuasion, and then by human response. The Holy Spirit moves on man, encourages him, persuades and speaks to him, but it is man who must do the deciding and believing. Satan comes with force and pressure and enslaves people, while God NEVER works this way. Satan puts people in bondage as he forces, binds and destroys them. Such action is totally opposite of that of the Holy Spirit.

 

From Chaos to Beauty

 

Genesis 1:3
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

        The Holy Spirit easily transformed this chaotic earth into a thing of beauty. Light existed upon the original earth but as a result of sin darkness covered the face of the deep. The restoration of light to the earth is a beautiful type of the work of the Holy Spirit restoring fallen man to a place of light. We have been called OUT OF THE DARKNESS INTO HIS GLORIOUS LIGHT. The person of the Godhead that does this is the HOLY GHOST - the BREATH of LIFE. The word "let" here does not denote creation, yet a term used in signifying judgment was ceasing from off the earth. When Jesus Christ comes into a life friend, judgment ceases. Light shines again. Life returns. Beauty returns. As Isaac Newton wrote, "Amazing Grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me, I once was lost but now I'm found, I WAS BLIND, but NOW I SEE." We see today because of the blood of Christ that has made man a fit place for the Holy Ghost to dwell and to bring LIGHT to our hearts and minds. Praise God.

 

Col. 1:1-12:13  -Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: [13] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:


John 8:12
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
 

    Each day of recreation the Holy Ghost showed in type the work He would do later in fallen man because of Christ's redemptive work.

 

  • Second Day - The Firmament  - Or clouds that would bring water and refreshing to the earth. The Holy Ghost brings RAIN and refreshing to our battered hearts and souls. He is called the "rest and refreshing" in Isaiah 11.

  • Third Day - Vegetation - The Holy Ghost produces FRUIT in our lives to bring glory to God.

  • Fourth Day - The Sun, Moon and the Stars - Seasons and meteorological changes were brought back into place. The Holy Ghost always moves in seasons. There are moments when He moves in great power, when other times He does a more quieter, deeper work. There is always a night friend. Some of you are living in the night season right now. Hang on, day is coming. The Sun is about to rise!

  • Fifth Day - Sea Life, Fowls After His Own Kind - Signifying that the Holy Ghost produces things "after HIS OWN KIND," - in other words spiritual things will never produce CARNAL things and vice versa. Carnal methods will never produce spirituality. It takes a sovereign act of the Spirit of God. Flesh begets flesh, spirit begets SPIRIT.

  • Sixth Day - Land Animals and Man.

Genesis 1:24-31
And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. [25] And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.  [26] And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. [27] So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. [28] And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.
[29] And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. [30] And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. [31] And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

The Breath Of Life

 

Genesis 2:7
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

        Man was made in the image of God. This separates us from the animal kingdom. The Hebrew noun, ruach means "wind" or "breath." In ancient times the people depended on the WIND to bring the rain. Breathing is related to creating - the giving of life. Every man has a SOUL. Neighbor that's why this journal is more important than just an expose' on the creative work of the Holy Spirit. It is speaking to us today of the eternal importance of the Breath of Life being present in our hearts and lives today.

 

        Eternity rests in each created being from Adam up to the youngest baby being born this very moment in eternity. Man will never die. Those who have trusted Christ and have been born again will live eternally with God. Those who refuse will spend eternity in hell, separated from God, but still conscious of their surroundings. Our lives are in God's hands. God is the creator, and He sustains us. In Him we BREATH and live.

 

Acts 17:28 - For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. [29] Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device. [30] And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: [31] Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

Daniel 5:23
But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:

        Paul said we need not think that the Godhead is gold, silver or a graven art work of man's devices. God winked at this in times past but NOW COMMANDS MAN TO REPENT. Because there is coming a day neighbor when the Lord will judge the world in righteousness by 'that man whom he hath ordained,' - CHRIST JESUS. Man can be free today of his sin if he so chooses. The BREATH OF LIFE has been placed within man to serve GOD, not Satan. God created man to worship HIM, not worship idols, serve the devil or live unto himself. We were created to be worshippers of the true and living God. We must worship Him, who is SPIRIT, through the same BREATH OF LIFE He has placed inside each of us. Without this Breath, man perishes. Without this breath the church perishes. Without this breath, we all perish.

 

        I ask you today in closing. Are you saved? Are you born again? Does HIS BREATH live inside of you? Are you free from the yokes and shackles of sin today? I pray you are friend. It's getting late neighbor. The time is coming when the church's only source of deliverance and hope will be its dependence on the breath of life - the Holy Spirit. Sadly, most of the church today has opted out of this dependence on the Holy Spirit and we have placed our dependence in our own programs and activities. It's a tragic footnote of the times we live in but I'm here to declare to YOU reading this - don't be swayed by it. YOU AND I can walk free from the deception of man and place our dependence on the Holy Ghost and Him alone. It doesn't mean we don't need pastors, and evangelists, and teachers, etc. It means that in the end the final word comes from God, not man. And if we will breath in HIS LIFE inside of us today, we will KNOW the truth because that BREATH carries an unction with it that is called the anointing and it will keep us on the path of life in these last days. Praise God.

 

1 John 2:27
But the anointing which ye have received of him abides in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
 

Heavenly Father I come to you today and ask that You pour out a fresh revelation of the HOLY GHOST upon YOUR CHURCH today Lord. Give us a fresh touch from the BREATH OF LIFE today. Keep us from deception and help us know the truth that will set us free today. Forgive us for allowing the things that have separated us from You. Free us and set us free from the sin which so does easily beset us. Help us run this race with patience so we may do YOUR WILL in our lives. In Jesus name we ask, AMEN.
