Even At The Door

Daniel as no other prophet was shown the future of nations and empires – all the way through to the coming of the Lord. This great prophet pinpointed the rise of the Antichrist, the location of the empire, “the seat of the beast,” as well as so many of the particulars leading up to the Second Coming of Christ. One cannot understand the book of Revelation, the end times, the Great Tribulation, the rise and power of the Antichrist, unless one understands the role of Israel in Bible prophecy. In that vein, no other book outlines Israel’s role in end time events like that of the Jewish prophet Daniel, who was so exact in his arguments as the Holy Spirit directed him that some so-called scholars have even tried to argue that Daniel did not really write the book that bears his name. The description of world events, especially in Daniel chapter 11, was so minutely accurate; many felt no one could have written them before the fact thus many scoffers doubt Daniel wrote this description prior to the events happening so far in advance.

TEXT: Matthew 24:33 - So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors

James 5:7-8 - Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. [8] Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. [9] Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

Daniel 9:24-27 - Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Friend, it is the biggest understatement of the century when I say we are at the door of the Great Tribulation period which we believe will be preceded by the Rapture of the Church, and the revelation of the lawless one, the Antichrist. Tuesday's election shifted America to the left and in reality set the stage for this nation being consumed into a coming One-World government in the near future should America even be in existence once the end time drama begins. I have been asked by several people the last few weeks whether Barrack Obama is the Antichrist. The answer to that question is emphatically NO. Obama may have the SPIRIT of Antichrist all over him in many ways based upon the things he has said on the campaign trail and certain associations that indicate our President elect has views that could bring America under communist rule if those visions are not checked and monitored by the checks and balances of our federal government. Neither here or there, no matter what Obama decides to do, it is evident that a page of prophetic history was turned Tuesday night here in this nation. Winds of change are coming and the curtain of the world stage simply went up a notch or two. Just in the last few days it has been eye opening to say the very least to see the world's reaction to Mr. Obama's election as world leaders are already labeling him "the World's President," ad nauseam.

I want to make a few statements here about that on a personal level if I may. I did not vote for Mr. Obama for numerous reasons, none the least of which was his stance on Abortion and gay-right issues. I believe that any child of God who willfully knows a candidate's view on abortion and homosexuality totally refutes the Word of God and then blindly votes for that candidate because of that candidates' skin color, charisma, economic promise and program or party affiliation should look deep into their soul and really ask themselves how God views these issues in light of their vote! Do we think God has winked at the death of 50 million babies in our nation since 1973? Do we think God condones the lifestyle that brought fire from heaven on two cities in the Bible? Are we so deceived that our consciences have become seared that we don't care about those eternal issues that are dear and important to God's heart? It grieved me this election season to see the number of Christians BETRAY THEIR FAITH and ALLEGIANCE To THE LORD JESUS CHRIST in voting for a murderer and supporter of sodomy. Those are harsh words but words that must be received as one who believes what happened Tuesday was not God's will for this nation even though the results of what happened WILL go far into fulfilling God's plan for the end times. One must understand that God's will and God's plan are two different things. God's will is seldom if ever fulfilled on earth because we as humans are sinful, stubborn and flawed beings and many times grieve the Holy Ghost by that same stubbornness and arrogance. However, God's plan will go forth no matter man's choices and those who stand in front of God's PLAN will be destroyed plain and simple. It is God's WILL all men are saved yet we know not all men will be saved; God's plan on the other hand is a totally different thing. In the FULLNESS of times Jesus Came to this earth to die and suffer for our sins as part of God's plan; NOTHING Satan or demonic forces tried to do could have done would have stopped that plan! (1 Cor. 2:8-10) it is God's plan that the CHURCH be taken out from the Earth prior to the Great Tribulation period that has been decreed by prophets nearly 3,500 years ago. It is God's plan for the Antichrist to rule the rule and persecute Israel for a season during the Tribulation period; it is God's plan that Jesus Christ His Son will come back to Earth in person and set up a Kingdom in Jerusalem to rule and reign a 1,000 years; THOSE elements are part of God's PLAN and NOTHING the church does or doesn't do nor anything America, Europe or any political entity or leader will do can stop those things from taking place.

No matter the promise of world peace, God's plan for this Earth is judgment during the Great Tribulation period in order to one, humble man's arrogance and two, bring Israel as a nation back to Himself; backslidden saints will not stop it; an apostate church will not stop it; God's PLAN will be done no matter what happens through man's free will and choice. When they CRY 'peace and safety' then SUDDEN destruction will come upon them as travail upon a woman (1 Thes. 5:1-3). We're already hearing the cries of "Peace, peace," when neighbor there IS no peace outside of Christ and no hopes of world peace outside His soon Return!

What happened Tuesday was man's WILL and Choice even though in this writer's opinion was NOT God's choice for our nation even though it will fit into God's PLAN for America in the long run. Having said that let me say that President Elect Barrack Obama has this writer's prayers and sincere hopes that he succeeds as our nation's 44th President. I do not wish Mr. Obama any harm and I certainly pray for his safety in these troubled times. I do not hope he fails because he is MY President now and if he goes down we all go down. But more importantly too, if Mr. Obama is not a success it would hurt the African American movement for years to come and no true child of God wishes that upon him, his family or any culture or race. I am proud of the historic nature of his election as our nation's first African American president and as such I hope that his success will give hope to all African Americans all over the nation that they can succeed. Having said that though, I am very concerned about his vision for our nation and we as a church can no longer be complacent as we were during the George Bush years; we now have to seriously PRAY for our nation and ensure the forces that want to take this nation into socialism and even communism are not allowed to do so; if they succeed Christianity may become an endangered species- at least on the public landscape; THE GATES OF HELL WILL NEVER PREVAIL AGAINST THE TRUE CHURCH WHICH COMES NOT WITH OBSERVATION!

Getting back to our journal topic let's be clear that what happened Tuesday brought us closer to Daniel's 70th week, or what Jeremiah called "Jacob's Trouble." That phrase describing the Great Tribulation period as “Daniel’s Seventy Weeks," pertains to Daniel's prophetic visions week of Jacob’s trouble, which in essence should give us a clue already into the prophecies’ main thrust of focus – ISRAEL. That is why the issue of America's absence in the pages of Bible prophecy should be very disturbing to all who are concerned about America's future as it relates to Bible prophecy. More on that in a moment. Daniel’s writings as are John the Revelators concern world empires and pertain to nations as they relate to Israel. There is little information given to the dispersion of the nation, which took place in 70 AD and continued for the most part till 1948 when Israel became a nation once again. Much is given however in Daniel about Israel’s role in the last days, not America's role in the last day. The prophetic time clock for the last days began in 1948. Even though there is tremendous debate within the Christian community about the timing of the rapture and some other issues surrounding Bible prophecy, I don’t think you’ll find too many scholars disagreeing with that basic premise that the clock really started ticking toward the end the day Israel became a nation in May 1948. Since that time Israel’s role in the world has taken center stage and it will only become more and more pronounced as we draw even closer to the end. The last 8 years under President Bush has seen no less than five peace initiatives pushed to no avail to bring peace to the Middle East by seeking to pressure Israel to trade land for peace. In addition several efforts have been made to divide Jerusalem - all efforts met with failure and disaster in some cases causing America and Israel together to suffer warning judgments from God through economic collapse and natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes and massive tornado outbreaks.

The recent world financial meltdown began 24 hours after U.S. Secretary Condoleezza Rice was in Jerusalem pressuring Israel to divide up Jerusalem. Neighbor that is not just political suicide for any nation but spiritual suicide as well. More on that as well later.

The Question of the U.S.A. In Prophecy

While Israel is found EVERYWHERE in prophecy, a question that has been asked quite a bit recently is “where is the USA in Bible prophecy?” We will devote more time to this answer in later journals but the quick answer to that question here is NO. Some have thought the three letters in the midst of Jerusalem pertain to the U.S.A. No one knows for sure. Even though America is obviously not mentioned directly in Bible prophecy, America is up to its eyeballs in the Middle East at the present time and will be no matter the course President Obama takes in future months relating to our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Middle East is not going away anytime soon. As we are writing this we are now seven years from September 11, 2001. In October 2001 America invaded Afghanistan to take its military might up against the seeds of terrorism planted in Afghanistan for decades. We are now nearly six years removed from the 2003 U.S. invasion into Iraq, which sits right in the heart of where Daniel received 100% of these prophetic visions in the heart of the Persian Empire and Babylon. The Persian Empire of Daniel's day included what we know today as Iraq AND portions of Iran. These two nations, along with Syria are headliners in our daily news and their influence and import will increase even more as we move further into the latter days. The Middle East peace process between Israel and the Palestinians has been on America’s plate for close to 20 years now and friend I can assure you it is an ever growing entree in America's current and future foreign policy. Fears are that President Obama's new direction in American foreign policy will take us away from a full 100% support of Israel and lean on Israel even more to concede land for peace. Rumblings on the campaign trail included statements from men like Jesse Jackson proclaiming that an Obama presidency "will remove the Zionist influence" on American foreign policy which he predicted "would stop putting Israel's priorities over other nation's in the Middle East." There is no quicker recipe for disaster than those statements!

The area today that includes the nations of Turkey, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Egypt, the former Soviet states of Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tezbekistan, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon and Greece is in our daily headlines with news of “wars and rumors of wars,” just as Jesus foretold they would be during His Olivet discourse found in Matthew 24 and 25. Take a good look at the list I just mentioned. Four of those countries – Turkey, Greece, Egypt, and Assyria (Iran, IRAQ, Israel, Lebanon, Syria) are four geographical areas and countries that will play a MAJOR role in the end times and are mentioned throughout Daniel's prophetic study. From what Daniel details in explicit detail we believe and teach that it will be from the region of ASSYRIA the Antichrist will spring from and embark upon a seven-year reign of terror across Planet Earth. Again, Assyria in Bible times includes the regions of Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon and Syria, of modern times. The summer 2006 war between Israel and Lebanon was just another rumble of thunder that something extremely explosive is brewing in the Middle East and future wars are probably likely and will grow in intensity. Russia's recent deployment of missiles near Poland added further fuel to the fire and fear that a Russian move on the Middle East (predicted in Ezekiel 38 and 39) could be very near - another sound of heaven the rapture is near and the tribulation is "at the door"

Daniel chapters 2, 7-12 which are referred to by some commentators as "the second book of Daniel," and deals with successive Empires, and mainly occupied with the "fourth beast" which pertain to the End time as recorded in Daniel 7:17-19.

These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth. [18] But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever. [19] Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;

It must be noted that all of Daniel's prophecies were given to him by dreams and visions, which are basically the same except for one small difference. Dreams are given while one is asleep, while Visions are given, it seems, while one is awake. In Daniel 7:1 the Bible tells us that Daniel "wrote the dreams," meaning that he put into writing ALL that he saw, which was quite a bit. Jesus referred to Daniel as a "prophet," in Matthew 24:15 and Mark 13:14, but yet most of his predictions were given to him, totally unlike those of the other Prophets in that he as stated was given 100% of dreams and visions. Incidentally, the Vision of this chapter took place about three years before the episode of the lions' den. Daniel 7:2 adds, "I saw in my vision by night, and behold the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea." The "four winds of the heaven," refers to wars, strife, and judgments from God.

Daniel 7:1
In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.

Daniel 7:2
Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

The phrase, "strove upon the great sea," refers to large numbers of people which in effect refers to both past and coming World Empires which have greatly persecuted Israel in the past and those who will do so in the future. Some empires have already come and gone while two, the Revised Roman Empire (7th) and Revised Grecian Empire (8th) are yet future and will produce the final two kingdoms who will seek to destroy Israel through the instrument and person of the Antichrist. As stated, we believe that the Antichrist is coming from the region of the world known today as Iraq, Iran, Syria and/or Lebanon which was part of the old Roman Empire (the eastern division) and comprised a great deal of the old "Assyrian" and Persian empires as well as the eastern portions of the old Roman Empire. It's worthy to note the capital of the Persian Empire was Babylon (Iraq), the capital of Assyria was Nineveh and of course the central city of the Roman Empire was Rome. The Roman Empire's eastern part includes Turkey, Greece and a good deal of the Mediterranean Union region which includes of course Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and ISRAEL.

This region is located where civilization actually started - the Euphrates Valley - and according to Scripture, will end in the same place during the great Battle of Armageddon (Revelation 19). To understand how we got to this place in history and the alignment of nations let's go back to the fall of 1989 when communism fell and the Soviet Union's influence vanished almost overnight without a shot being fired. That single event in December 1989 planted the seeds for the end-time scenario prophesied by Daniel some 2,500 years ago to be played out in THIS generation! That is why the time we live in today is so riveting and prophetic in nature. We are the harvest generation. If this generation passes, which this writer highly doubts, we can I believe be sure that our children’s generation most certainly will be and see the coming of the Lord! I’m tending to believe more and more that THIS generation will not pass “until all has been fulfilled.” That’s how close it’s getting neighbor. Too many signs are taking place at this very second to give this writer reason to believe we're decades away from the rapture of the church. The rapture of the church could take place at ANY moment friend. The church may have grown silent in preaching the rapture but let me assure you that does not mean it is not going to take place and take place soon! What happened Tuesday in this nation was yet another warning sound that the time is short and Jesus Is coming.

Remember this key fact about Bible prophecy; Israel is the key end time events, not necessarily the church and not the U.S.A, even though the church and America will play a vital role in the end times scenario. The church is to be a vehicle of intercession and prayer to provoke the Jewish people to Christ and to win as many souls for the Kingdom of God as possible before the trump sounds and the Great Tribulation begins. The fall of Soviet Communism and the rising tensions between Israel and her Arab nations, most of which are controlled by the hellish religion of Islam which decrees Israel's destruction along with the West, are setting a crossroads between Israel and the Muslim world. That cross road is about to be crossed and crossed soon! Something is on the horizon. Israel is not whole yet even though she is a nation. She cannot be whole until she fully occupies the land God gave to her so long ago in the Royal Divine land grant to Abraham, that God confirmed to Abraham’s son and grandson – Isaac and Jacob. The present temple site (DOME OF THE ROCK) is the third most holy place in the Muslim religion with the other two being in Saudi Arabia. The temple where Antichrist will declare himself god during the middle part of the Great Tribulation period will be built here this Dome of the Rock now sits. The city of Jerusalem which has over night become a meteorite news item will play a HUGE role in coming end time events. The recent push of America to get Israel to divide up Jerusalem has serious prophetic implications that will have other implications for America unless we repent. The way America treats Israel will go a LONG way in defining the success or failure of Barrack Obama in he coming months and years of his new administration. Jerusalem will be the city where the Antichrist will make his power place and peace offer to the Jewish nation while hiding his real intentions of destruction and vengeance till the middle of Daniel's 70th week. Thus, when claims of "peace" are made if Jerusalem is divided, those claims should be met with concern and realization that no peace is coming to Israel until Jesus, the prince of Peace returns to earth.

But this is important to remember and probably the most important thing to remember from this journal. We know the LAST Kingdom on earth prior to the Lord's return is the Kingdom of the Beast or the EIGHTH Kingdom of Revelation 17. At that time the Antichrist's kingdom will be the only superpower on earth as all nations will be required to worship the beast or face destruction and or worse. The question then becomes serious as it relates to America. Where will we be at this time? Will we even be in existence or will our betrayal of Israel cause us to literally implode or be destroyed as a nation? When will this take place? After the rapture? What will happen when the vacuum of millions of missing Christians and born again believers is filled with anarchy, chaos and lawlessness.

Let me give you this to chew on as I see what will take place. Something BIG has to shift soon on the world's scene to where America is no longer the world's superpower and another kingdom (i.e. the Revised Roman Empire or 7th Kingdom that precedes the Beast's kingdom which is the 8th) takes our place on the stages of world history. Could there be a war? Perhaps and more than likely possible. We could face a financial meltdown of unprecedented proportions that could cause other nations to literally put so much money into our banking systems they then control us and we just evolve into an unnamed entity in the world community. That too is probable. We could have a nuclear holocaust where entire segments of land mass are destroyed and the nation simply cease to exist. ALL of these are scenarios but no one knows for sure. It is my opinion that at some point in the future America will turn her back on Israel. Voices in the Obama camp have already signaled to the Arab World that Mr. Obama's presidency will be more pro-Palestinian and pro-Arab in nature even though his pick as White House chief of staff of Rahm Emmanuel, a former Israeli solider and resident of Israel, was actually a positive sign in that regards. Mr. Emmanuel may have a lot to say about that; we'll just have to see.

Should America go down however, it will be over this issue of dividing Jerusalem and pressuring Israel into land concessions for peace that NO president has walked away from unscathed. I firmly believe George W. Bush's legacy would be 180 degrees different right now had Mr. Bush not pressured Israel as much as he did while in office to accept the Road Map, the Mitchell Plan and then literally put a political gun to Ariel Sharon's head in 2005 to give up Gaza to the Palestinians. A lady named KATRINA hit 48 hours after that happened and Ariel Sharon suffered a stroke 6 months later prior to the Palestinians terrorist group Hamas taking over authority of the PLO shortly after. People may not realize this but the Iraq War could have been over and done with 3 years ago but at the same time the U.S. was invading Iraq we were pressuring Israel in the spring of 2003 to also accept the Road Map to nowhere and give up more land. Iraq will be the noose around Mr. Bush's neck for years and decades to come. It may have been the right decision based on what intelligence we had but it was so mismanaged and not handled in a way that the American people soured on the war quickly and after that all hope for any civility in our dialogue was lost. The recent economic meltdown is tied to the fact days (three actually) prior to the bank failures of Lehman-Marcus here in the United States, Sec. of State Condoleezza Rice was in Jerusalem telling Israeli officials they had to divide Jerusalem if they wanted peace. The loser in this? AMERICA.

And I submit to you right now just days after the 2008 election that if Mr. Obama follows a similar path as his predecessors and strong arms Israel his presidency will go down in flames as all the rest who have tinkered with God's holy city!

When we BLESS Israel we are blessed; when we CURSE Israel we are cursed. It's extremely important we realize that. Few do in the church but we'd better come to grips with this and study to show ourselves approved in these last days. These are ETERNAL issues that will affect this nation for decades to come should the Lord tarry that long which I believe is unlikely. Jesus is coming and He is coming SOON!

The Fall Of Communism And Daniel’s 70^th Week

What does one mean by the term 'Daniel's 70th Week?'" Before we define that, let me back up a bit and go back to the events of 1989, 1991 and the last 8 years including this past year of 2008 concerning communism, the fall of the Soviet Union, Europe's role in prophecy and the current U.S. occupation of Iraq, which is coming to an end while our presence in Afghanistan may increase. In addition a growing conflict looms with Iran, Russia, North Korea and China certainly in coming months that will not only shape our foreign policy but will shape the prophetic landscape of the Middle East. I listened recently to several teaching series on Bible prophecy made in the 1980s about the Great Tribulation period. Many teachers including the one whom I’m using as the source of most of this prophetic information believed (and rightly so) that the Roman Empire would be revised in the latter days. This “revised” Roman Empire will be the springboard for a 10-king confederacy from which the Antichrist will emerge and lead in the end times. John's vision of the "white horse" rider of Revelation 6 confirms this as well as Daniel's vision of the "little horn" which we will deal with in a future journal. ( You can find the basis for a 10-kingdom confederacy in Daniel 7 and 8, as well as Revelation 12 and 13) Based on teachings from the 1980 and 1990 era, teachers taught that the rise and revision of the old Roman Empire would affect countries then known as Poland, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Hungary, and other Baltic states, formerly under total Soviet domination – until September 1989. The Soviet Union ruled these countries with an iron fist. None of the above mentioned nations, many of which involve territories that have been renamed and reshifted over the past 20 years, enjoyed the democracy and freedoms they enjoy today. To free these nations, again many of which have been renamed today, most scholars and prophecy teachers were predicting a major third world war prior to the beginning of the rise of Antichrist to loose these countries from the grip of Soviet Russia. Yet, miracles of miracles, in the fall of 1989, without a shot fired – it happened. Easter Europe was no longer under Soviet domination. The Iron Curtain fell. What seemed impossible in the natural became reality.

Why did this happen this way one may ask. Well, there are several reasons that I want to elaborate on that will help one understand the framework of all prophetic events and why we are at the door of the Great Tribulation period, the rise of Antichrist and the rapture of the Church. Before one understands the reason for the events of 1989 one must understand that when one is studying Daniel and Revelation, one is looking at events in the SPIRIT REALM that will control the events that will take place in the NATURAL realm on Planet Earth in the last days. Everything that takes place and transpires on earth first transpires in the heavenlies. Earthly events are controlled by the spiritual conflict between the forces of righteousness and the forces of evil. I believe something powerful took place in the heavenlies that became reality in 1989. (BY the way something took place in the heavenlies over AMERICA Tuesday night! Forces of evil that have shifted our nation to the left were put in authority over our nation once more- actually going back to 2006 when the Congressional makeup became extremely leftist and liberal as compared to the past 12 years)

The spiritual conflict that caused the fall of communism probably happened more than likely years before but we saw the reality of it in 1989. Daniel gives us a key to this in the 10^th chapter of his book, which we will deal in future journals. One principality was taken down and another was placed in its place. Think about it a minute. Prior to 1989 our focus as Americans was on communism for nearly 50 years going back to the Korean Conflict of the 1950s. ALL of a sudden our focus immediately changed and became the Middle East. It was not hardly two years later that the United States was involved in a conflict, not in Russia or against the Soviet Union, but against an ARAB dictator named Sadaam Hussein, who ruled IRAQ, which sits in the heart of the Euphrates Valley. Since 1991 the world has had it's eyes on the Middle East AND Israel. In addition the power over this region of the world became a religious power - a resurrection if you will - of the religion of Islam, which is birthed by demon spirits and controls the lives and minds of untold millions in the 10-40 window of most of Asia and the Middle East and large parts of Africa and now Europe. It is this writer's humble opinion that the principality that controlled and gripped most of Europe was replaced by a principality that now destabilized the Middle East, increased Islam's influence once more, and begin to set the stage for the events we are discussing in late 2008 as of the time of this lesson.

I believe this same principality is the same one seen by John AND Daniel and recorded in Revelation and Daniel many times in their prophetic visions of the end. Both prophet and apostle saw the principality that is setting the stage for the rise of the Antichrist and the rise of the Revised Roman AND Grecian empires. That principality is in operation as we write this study course and to be frank it has been in operation in earnest since 1989. Remember, events in the spirit realm take place YEARS before they take place in the NATURAL realm. Another thing to pause and think back concerning the elections of 2000 you will see what was happening over America was more than just about a few hanging chads in Florida. There was some serious spiritual warfare going on for the future of this great nation just as there was serious spiritual warfare over the nation in our election in 2008. I don’t want to go off on a tangent here but I can tell you without blinking that while we've been on a slow slip to a one-world government under Bush we will now be on a steep slide under Obama and forces around him influencing his policy.

Going back to the conflict in 2000 that arose over who would be our President, I believe the prayers of many saints tilted this battle in the favor of Mr. Bush. Mr. Bush has not been perfect by any stretch of our imaginations but he was the man God wanted in office in light of what God saw coming September 2001. The Lord gave the church eight years with a favorable President who had a very pro-faith initiative toward churches in our land to prepare and to pray for our nation as a church but we have failed to do that. All bets are off for 2008 and there is a growing, sinking feeling among many Christian believers that we are headed different waters under a President Obama administration. I'm not into party politics; could care less whether one is Democratic or Republican; but I DO care about the conscience and heart beat of a nation's soul that has been LOST because of wicked evil men who are tools of Satan seeking to bring America into this coming one world order that will emerge soon as a result of the season we're in prior to the rise of the Antichrist. This one world order however will arise because of conflict IN THE MIDDLE EAST and seeking to solve the age old PEACE problem of Israel and the Arab world not the results of Tuesdays election.

Let me explain this a different way. There are principalities and angelic hosts that control nations – either for evil or for righteousness. I personally believe that each nation has been assigned one of these beings both from heaven AND from the kingdom of darkness. The deciding factor over which principality controls the nation is the intercession of the saints in that nation. Israel is the only nation recorded in scripture whose chief ruler is given a name - and that is the "great prince," Michael.

Daniel 12:1

And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

We will study Michael’s role in the end times a bit later but hear what I say to you. The principality over the Middle East that will aid and abet the Antichrist is the Prince Of Grecia and is very possibly if not probably already operating in many ways orchestrating events that are soon to take place in the future. Daniel was given insight to the demonic force in chapter 10 of his book, while John actually saw the being in Revelation 17. Those who don’t have their names written down in the Lamb’s book of life are headed for Great Tribulation unlike the world has ever seen either in its past or in it’s future. It’s time for us as believers to get ourselves ready for the coming of the Lord. The only hope for fallen humanity and a world torn to pieces by war, racism, bloodshed, immorality and sin is the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. No other remedy will be found for the ills of humanity.

In part two of this journal we will take a specific look at the definition of Daniel's 70th week and how the Holy Spirit frames the reasons for the coming Tribulation.

Do you know the Lord today? No matter your political preference, friend you'd better be worried about your HEART preference. You must be born again. Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power are you WASHED in the blood of the Lamb? It's getting late neighbor and it's harvest time.
